Our secure, 128-bit encrypted, online shopping cart makes it safe and simple to order online, from anywhere in the world. You don't even need to create an account or login to place an order. Just add the items you want to your shopping cart and follow the simple checkout procedures.
While we do not have a paper catalog for environmental reasons, we will happily accept orders via fax, phone, or email. If you send us an order via email, do not include your credit card number as email is not a secure form of communication.
We do our very best to keep as many items in stock as possible. Due to the large number of items offered at RavensWell, having everything in stock at the same time is a monumental task! For this reason, some items may be backordered. When this is the case, you will be notified as quickly as possible, to see if you are willing to wait to receive the item. If not, you will immediately be refunded the purchase price of the item.

Credit Cards
Raven's Well accepts Visa and Mastercard, as well as debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. Our secure shopping cart and checkout system ensures that your credit card payments are completely safe and discrete - 100% guaranteed. We require that you provide the 3 to 4 digit CVV number that is printed on the back of your credit card to ensure you are the cardholder. We also require that the billing address you provide matches that of the credit card. Of course, you may have your order shipped to another address. Your credit card and personal information will never be shared with anyone (see our privacy policy below). Credit card disputes will be responded to very quickly - we are very serious about fighting identity theft and credit card fraud.

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will recieve a PayPal invoice in your email. Just follow the instructions in the email to complete your order via PayPal.

Personal Checks
We do accept personal checks as payment for your order. Make checks payable to "RavensWell". Please note that your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared.
Checks that are returned for insufficient funds will result in a $15.00 fee. This is not a way for us to make money - it is to cover the fees our bank charges us for depositing NSF items. We will actively pursue the retrieval of fees associated with returned checks. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds prior to sending us your check as payment. Just had to be said ;)

Cashier's Checks & Money Orders
Simple, safe, and fast, cashier's checks and United States money orders are always accepted. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of your cashier's check or money order. Please make cashier's checks and money orders payable to "RavensWell". Be sure to write your order number on your payment to ensure quick and accurate order processing.

We ship all of our orders using either the United States Postal Service or the United Parcel Service. You will be given options of shipping methods and costs during the checkout process. Shipping prices are calculated based upon the total combined weight of the item(s) you order and the shipping address you provided. We do ship worldwide, though all transactions must be made in US currency.
We do our very best to ship orders within 3-5 business days after receipt of your payment. Please consider this when estimating how long it will take for you to receive your order. If shipping takes longer than 3-5 business days, you will be notified via email. Whenever possible, we will email you with a tracking number so you may track the progress of your order.
Some of our items are available for download, or will be delivered to you via e-mail. You will receive an email with instructions for accessing these items upon receipt of payment.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
We know what it's like when you've placed an order and are anxious to receive it. Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation email including an order number and a link to our order status page. Here you can enter your order number and get an update on the status of your order. Of course, you may always call or email us to check on your order's status.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization (RA) number which we will provide to you upon your request. Requests for returns must be made within 10 calendar days of order deliver. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at returns@ravenswell.com. You must have the original order number to be issued an RA number. Please clearly write this RA number on the outside of the returned package or it will be refused. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
We will accept returns for the following reasons:

Item is not as we have described or depicted it
If you have another reason for returning an item, please contact us so we can work something out. Please DO NOT contact us about returning an item simply because you "don't want it" or "don't need it" anymore. That's just silly.
For legal, health, and good-old common sense reasons, we cannot and will not accept returns on the following items:

Consumable goods such as herbs, oils, soaps, etc.

Body jewelry such as earrings

Underwear (that's just gross)
Refunds and Credits
Once an authorized returned item is received, we will refund or credit you the full amount of the item's cost, not including shipping. The only situation in which we will refund or credit shipping costs is if the mistake was entirely ours, such as shipping you the wrong item.

Refunds for credit card orders will be issued back to the credit card used for the purchase. We cannot, by law, issue a refund for a credit card purchase any other way. We will issue credit card refunds within 3-5 business days of receipt of your authorized return item. You will be notified within 24 hours of the refund being issued. Understand that some credit card companies may take 3 to 4 weeks to credit your account with the refund. We have no control over the amount of time the refund takes after we have made the refund request.

Refunds for PayPal orders will be issued via PayPal.

Refunds for all other payment forms will be issued either with a check or cashier's check from us - your choice.
Credits will be given if you receive an incorrect item, or if an item you paid for is not included in the order. Upon receipt of the returned incorrect item we will send the correct item, or issue you a same dollar amount credit upon your request.

None of our products are intended to diagnose, cure, or treat any medical or psychological condition. Please, PLEASE, seek a licensed medical professional if you have medical or psychological concerns.

All of our products, especially herbs and oils, are for external use only. Some of our products contain oils and herbs that may be irritating to the skin. If you notice any symptoms such as a rash, redness, or tingling sensation after handling such items, please contact a medical professional.

Our knives (athames) are intended for ritual use only. We are not liable for any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising from the the handling, use, or display of any bladed object obtained through our site. Knives are sharp. Be careful and use them wisely. And for Goddess' sake, don't run with one.
As this is a Pagan store, this is where we're supposed to say our products are only for educational, entertainment, or curio purposes only, and that we can't guarantee their magickal effectiveness. Poppycock. We refuse to include this disclaimer until every store that sales religious products is required to do so. Just imagine it: "This rosary is sold for entertainment purposes only and should only be considered a curio object." The law requiring such a disclaimer is simply discrimatory and we refuse to abide by it. If any legal authority wants to take issue over this, feel free to do so. We'll just let the Supreme Court decide.
Can we guaranee a spell you perform with our products will work? Of course not. That's up to you, the Gods, and the Universe. Perhaps it just wasn't meant to be.
Aside from a court order, we will never divulge your personal information to anyone for any reason.
We do occasionally send email notices, special offers, and newsletters to our current customers. If you do not want to be added to our mailing list, please say so in the comments field during the checkout process. If you receive any unwanted emails from us please use the "Remove from List" link included in the email. Your email address will be permanently removed from our mail-to database AND will be added to our NO-MAIL list so you will never receive another unwanted email from us again. If you simply don't trust "remove" links in emails (and who could blame you) please feel free to send an email directly to the business owner at shana@ravenswell.com from the email address you want us to remove. Alternately, you may call or fax us to be removed.
The business owner's husband owns and runs a business-to-business e-commerce company and actively fights spam on a daily basis. For you, spam is a nuisance. For us, it's a war.
We DO NOT and WILL NEVER give, share, sale, lend, or loan your email address with anyone.
